The maximum personal information of its members retained by Colinton Amenity Association is name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, Gift Aid status and if the member has opted to pay their renewal by standing order (no bank account details are held).
This information is used solely by the CAA and is never passed on or divulged to any other organisation.
The primary purpose of this information is for keeping and maintaining the membership list. It is used to invite the CAA's members to its AGM (or other General Meeting, should one be called), and for membership renewal purposes.
The information is held in password protected files on a password protected computer, with password protected back-up.
Any member of the Association can ask what information we hold on them, and this will be told to them within a reasonable timescale.
