After the implementation of a spaces for people road closure on Bonaly Brae, the local residents association and CAA members raised a number of concerns about how this had been implemented, and whether the 24/7 restrictions were the appropriate measure. A meeting was arranged in late February with the council team by Cllr Scott Arthur and attended by the local councillors, local residents, CAA members and Community Council members. A thorough discussion resulted in the council looking to consider removing the 24/7 restrictions and re-implement more proportionate time limited restrictions that will be implemented later. Well done to the residents of Bonaly Brae for working with the council to achieve and outcome that seems to suit everyone's purposes.
