🌿 Volunteer Opportunities

Help us care for Colinton — and keep our village thriving

The Colinton Amenity Association relies on the generosity, enthusiasm, and skills of local volunteers. Whether you can spare a few hours once a year or prefer a role with a little more involvement, your contribution makes a real difference to our community.

Below are our current volunteer opportunities. If any of these roles appeal to you — or if you’d simply like to chat about how, you might get involved — we’d be delighted to hear from you.

📦 Magazine Distribution Co‑ordinator

Once‑a‑year organisational role

We are seeking an organised and friendly volunteer to co‑ordinate the annual distribution of the Colinton Magazine. This role involves:

  • Confirming the date when the magazine will be ready

  • Emailing our team of distributors with collection details from Colinton Library

  • Keeping a simple list of delivery routes and volunteers

  • Helping find a new distributor if someone steps down

It’s a light, once‑a‑year commitment that keeps a much‑loved village tradition running smoothly.
