Transport

Colinton Amenity Association takes the local environment very seriously and endeavors to maintain it at the highest level possible.

The Transport Committee

The Transport Committee members monitor transport matters in and around Colinton with particular regard to safety, traffic flow, congestion, parking, and road condition issues and those brought to our attention by local residents. We make regular contact with Council representatives in the local Pentlands Neighbourhood Partnership office in an attempt to have issues dealt with as soon as possible.

Matters of Concern

Any matter of concern related to the local environmental, such as street lighting, potholes in the road, blocked gullies, or litter bins, should initially be reported to Clarence. This is best done via email and if you then pass on the reference number to roads@colinton-amenity.org.uk, it will be added to the action list and progress will be reviewed with local Council officials to ensure the situation is remedied as quickly as possible.
